Requirements
In addition to strong written and verbal communication skills, core skills include:
* Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, ADP preferred
* Understanding of human resources policies and practices
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize for high volume requisition load
Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruitment for multi-site locations, with at least one (1) year of healthcare recruiting experience
* Must be living in FL and able to participate in on-site career fairs and occasional trips to HQ in Palm Beach Gardens for events and summits.
