Job Title: Sr. FP&A Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join Energix finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping up and supporting our reporting, analytical and cost control processes. The role involves collaboration with various departments to gather key business drivers and provide relevant and actionable analytics. It also involves work with Oracle Fusion Cloud and big data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of costs associated with our operational activities and construction of new projects.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly management reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key financial metrics, drivers, and variances.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts by gathering relevant information, modeling, and presenting the results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting.
• Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to address specific business needs or inquiries.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking or related roles focusing on reporting, cost control, modelling.
  • Problem solver. Eager to learn mindset.
  • High proficiency in Excel, data analysis, modeling and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
