We are in need of a Senior Staff Accountant in Delray Beach

Resonsibilities :

• Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
• Maintain accounts, reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports.
• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as well as reconciling accounts.
• Prepares payments by accruing expenses, month end accruals
• Journal Entries, Intercompany Accounting
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statemen
• Maintains the general ledger
• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Other Duties as assigned

• Strong analytic abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ownership of projects and work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of experience with general Accounting
• Sage, Netsuite, Yardi, MS Dynamics Software
