Position Overview: Sales Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and developing Account Executives & Loan Officers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: - Responsible for identifying, researching, and sourcing potential recruits for our Wholesale/Retail Division
- Sales Recruiter will manage the pipeline of candidates including the contact, initial meetings and follow-up activities leading to the decision to make the potential candidate a firm offer of employment with American Heritage Lending
- Build a strong working relationship with Sales Leadership, and Executive team to understand their vision, core values and priorities for each market and candidate
- Maintain a daily presence on LinkedIn and all AHL recruiting platforms
- Validate potential candidates production using data sources (MMI)
- Turn in weekly scorecard to leadership with activities documented
- Understanding AHL Culture/Vision
Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities): - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Excel
- Excellent level of oral and written communication
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Comparable recruiting experience required
- At least 1 year of sales recruiting experience required
