We are currently looking for a field Retail Trainer for the entire Benelux. If you have experience as a Retail Trainer or Manager within Retail -and you are able to impact the areas of Training & Development- then this could be the role for you! As Retail Trainer Benelux you will be responsible for all the Retail Trainings within the Benelux, providing in-store trainings and lead projects for the Benelux. You will report directly to the Head of Retail Benelux and work closely with the Global Retail Training Team in our headquarters in Germany.
**What you can expect:**
* Identify training needs of the Retail team, measure and evaluate training results, as well as recommend changes to improve training effectiveness;
* Review, adapt if necessary, and prepare training materials in alignment with Global Retail Communications, Training & Development to meet local market needs;
* Work closely with the Retail team to implement training plans and to reinforce customer excellence service experience and work in partnership with Global Retail Communications to implement training strategies of the HUGO BOSS University across the market;
* Coordinate and conduct trainings of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of employees such as customer service & selling techniques, product knowledge, people management, KPIs etc.;
* Provide timely support and coaching to store teams at all levels;
* Monitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet retail standards and to ensure applied knowledge will be put into practice (transfer of learning);
* Be a role model and provide necessary tools and techniques to make the learner's life easier.
**Your profile:**
* Degree holder in Training & Development or related discipline;
* Minimum 5 years solid training and selling experience gained in retail (preferably upper premium & lifestyle segment);
* The ideal candidate is dynamic and has a demonstrated passion for helping others to learn and grow. The candidate is a role model in customer service excellence, quality execution, and respectful cooperation. He/she is flexible enough to work effectively in a team with different personalities, as well as alone. He/she enjoys continuous learning & strives for personal growth;
* Specialized in on the job training. Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills ability to persuade;
* Self motivated, proactive, independent, mature, organized and attentive to details;
* Energetic, self-motivated and positive. Strong commitment to customer service;
* Strong appeal to new technologies in stores in order to manage CRM/MOCCA, Digital Advisors and upcoming In-store digitalization;
* Willing to spend a lot of time traveling and on the shop floor and work on a flexible schedule;
* Bilingual: English and Dutch, French is a plus.
