We are looking for an experienced Technical Presales Engineer who has extensive knowledge or interest in IoT! This person will be responsible for delivering presentations to customers and prospects, providing pre-sales technical support for products, and helping customers with inquiries. You will be a leader on the team, managing and guiding others in support of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and consultations to customers and prospects
- Deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects to explain product features and benefits
- Provide engineering support to customers using products
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and prospects
- Lead technical meetings with customers and support team members
- Work with the sales team to respond to customer requirements
- Help develop new product sales strategies
- Create and maintain technical documents
- Remain up-to-date on new products, technologies, and industry trends

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineering (or related) working in a SaaS company
• Experience working with mobile operators, enterprise customers, and vendors 
• Knowledge of cellular networks and the mobile operator ecosystem (2G-5G Core Network Architecture to the interface level)
• Strong business orientation and understanding of sales cycles and processes
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience 
• Excellent presentation skills 

Preferred:

• Experience working with API tools such as Postman/cUR/etc. and business tools such as Excel/PPT/Visio/Lucid Charts
• Familiar with IPX/GRX networks
• Experience in IoT and connectivity technologies
• Great communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience in leading teams
• Willingness to travel for localized engagement and testing
