Job Description

Summary

The Recruiter shall be responsible for identifying, selecting, and hiring top-level talent to join RTR’s team. This involves high-volume, full-cycle recruiting-assisting hiring managers in sourcing, selection, interviewing, and facilitating the interview and hiring process for candidates in various locations.

Essential Functions

  • Source candidates for open positions through online job sites, resume-search outreach, social media, career fairs, job expos, networking, and the company’s employee referral program.
  • Sort, evaluate and screen resumes received in response to advertisements for open positions.
  • Schedule and conduct multi-tiered, behaviorally based interviews to evaluate potential employee's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Setting new recruitment goals based on business needs.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Organize candidate data and all communication on one platform.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating offer letters, welcome information, and new hire training.
  • Follow up with all new team members to assist in their assimilation into the organization.
  • Partner with senior management and hiring managers to understand the needs of business and develop a staffing plan to support current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Assist in implementing best practices and supporting diversity initiatives within the recruitment function.
  • Travel to other office sites may be required to assist in remote recruiting.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 1 - 3 years of full cycle recruiting in Call Center is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to manage assigned open requisitions and work well autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Advanced computer skills, including applicant tracking system knowledge, MS Office, and online job boards.
  • Ability to write creative and attractive job advertisements that attract high caliber candidates.
  • A natural at building and maintaining relationships with candidates and business leaders.
  • Results driven self-starter with a high level of motivation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
