Description:
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for three historical apartment communities in the NW Portland area. These three apartment communities have a total of 106 units combined. You would have two offices, one at The Lafayette and the second at Highland Court.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Location: The Lafayette, Highland Court, and Elite Court Apartments (NW Portland)
Hourly Rate: $26-$30/hr
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend, parking reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement
