Job Description - Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all phases of construction are properly scheduled and coordinated to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Budget Management : Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage the project budget, including tracking expenses, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and adhered to throughout the project.
- Site Supervision and Coordination : Oversee daily operations on the construction site, coordinating between various teams and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Quality Control : Monitor construction quality, conducting regular inspections and ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and address any problems that arise.
- Client Communication and Reporting : Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the duration of the project.

The Successful Applicant - 4+ years of construction experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial GC experience
- Ability to both estimate and manage projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of blueprints and other construction drawings
