  • General Requirements
    • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of physical security installation projects for our clients
    • Work is throughout the state of North Carolina
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation
    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
    • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements
    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals

 

  • Installation Oversight:
    • Manage all aspects of physical security installations, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and more
    • Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications
    • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress
    • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally
    • Track project expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and project reports

 

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in physical security installations
    • Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired
    • Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years
    • Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements
