Position Overview: You will interact with clients who are dealing with a variety of issues, providing therapeutic treatments and putting them in touch with resources that improve their quality of life. Seeing each person as a unique individual and assisting them in making significant change is more important to this function than simply performing exams.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year +full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths and needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Advocate for clients and link them to vital community resources.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
