Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our IT support team in an entry-level capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone migrations, desktop imaging, and Active Directory management. This role will involve providing technical support to end-users, assisting with IT infrastructure projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

This is a great Position for a Recent Grad looking to get their foot in the door in IT.

Location: Rockville, MD

Hybrid Schedule : No Hybrid or Remote

Duration: 2-3 Month Project Work - Strong Possibility of it going longer

Compensation : Depending on Experience

Clearance: Due to the Rules and Regulations and Requirements from the US Govt and our Client - Candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship or US Govt Permanent Resident

Background and Drug Test : Candidates Must be able to pass a background and Drug Test

Qualifications

• Must have a Clean Background and Can Pass a Drug Test
• Ideal Candidate will have their own reliable transportation
• This Candidate can be Entry Level - or a Recent Grad looking to get into IT
• Active Directory, Windows Hardware and Software, Mac Hardware and Software experience
• Any Experience with Imaging or Migrating Desktops
• Any Experience with IT Hardware Installation and Phone Systems Installations
