We are currently recruiting for the role of Human Resources Generalist to assist with employee relations, payroll, and general HR support to our Las Vegas, NV location. The position will be at our Corporate Office in Norco, CA, but may require occasional travel to Las Vegas.
JOB SUMMARY: The HR Generalist role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment by organizing and facilitating employee and entertainer grievances. This role involves collaborating with managers to address issues while also serving as a primary contact for resolving conflicts with sensitivity and adherence to company policies.
The HR Generalist will develop training and other programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide expert advice on employee relation matters. Assists in other tasks as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
- At least 5 years of previous experience in Human Resources
- Experience working in hospitality field is preferred
- Payroll experience is preferred
- Must be able to successfully complete criminal background check upon offer of employment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Sociology, or other closely related field preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tasks at once, and being able to display excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Excellent introductory to intermediate mediation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
TYPICAL DEMANDS: - Occasional standing, walking, lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting and/or moving up to 25 lbs. Frequent sitting. Manual dexterity. Gentlemen's clubs can be noisy, crowded and/or smoky depending on regulations. Must be comfortable and at ease when exposed to nudity or topless entertainment, adult-oriented videos, items, and other graphic materials. This position working at the club exposes employees to nudity, primarily female, and may be subjected to explicit language, exposed to photographs, videos, artwork or other materials that portray nudity and sexually explicit subject matter.
Job Type: Full-Time/Salaried-exempt
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 Spearmint Rhino
