Full-time 2nd shift position available: Monday-Thursday 11:00am until 7:00pm, and Fridays 6:00am until 2:00pm

We are currently seeking candidates for our second shift that are dependable and motivated to become a part of the Russ' Commissary team. Job responsibilities include food production, packaging, and sanitation. Russ' Commissary provides a clean and safe workplace for all positions.
At Russ’ Commissary you’ll have the opportunity to work as a team and focus on providing safe and quality products to our customers.
Requirements:
Measure ingredients accurately and to specifications.
Rotate raw ingredients and finished products. (FIFO)
Properly label all raw and finished product material.
Follow and maintain sanitation procedures in accordance with USDA/FDA Regulatory requirements.
Properly document product temperatures in relation to HACCP.
Pull orders with accuracy for our customers.
Work well with others.
Skills:
Repetitive lifting , movement required.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and math skills.
Must be well organized with the ability to improve efficiency.
Food experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
