Position: Product Manager (Medical)

Location: Houston (Onsite Daily)

This client is looking for candidates who have product knowledge within the dental industry and is open to junior to mid-level product managers already working in a similar role within the industry or a very closely aligned one OR dental hygienists who wish to make a career change. You will be given the tools and training you need to be successful under the direction of the product marketing leader.

This is an ONSITE daily position in Houston. There is also light travel up to 10% to customer and industry events.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise existing product lines from creation to close, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
• Identify consumer needs and trends within the market in their respective industry that translate into insights and actionable strategies
• Help to create and maintain marketing collateral that include brochures and training materials and are accurate and compliant
• Monitor competitor pricing, marketing activities, and help develop strategies to enhance product positioning
• Work closely with other teams such as sales, marketing, R&D, and executive leadership to drive product strategies and support go-to-market plans and tactics.
• Help to train sales and customer service teams on new product lines and initiatives and act as a product knowledge expert to field any inquiries

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in medical device product management or closely related industry OR 3+ years working in a dental practice as a hygienist who wants to make a career change
• Bonus if you have pediatric experience
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel as needed
