Summary
Join our dynamic media team as a Creative Services Producer specializing in crafting compelling content for broadcast, with a keen focus on copywriting. As a vital part of our production team, you will conceptualize, develop, and execute content for television and radio platforms, catering to a diverse audience in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Essential Functions

1. Content Creation: Ideate, develop, and produce engaging scripts, promotional materials, and advertising copy for TV and radio broadcasts, ensuring high-quality bilingual content.
2. Production: End-to-end production process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to project timelines.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, directors, writers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for broadcast content.
4. Scriptwriting: Create compelling and persuasive scripts for commercials, programs, announcements, and promotional materials, maintaining consistency and tone across both English and Spanish mediums.
5. Language Expertise: Translate and adapt content between English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and resonance with target audiences.
6. Media Coordination: Coordinate with talent, voice artists, and production crew to ensure a smooth recording and broadcasting process.
7. Quality Assurance: Review and refine content, ensuring it meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and resonates with the intended audience.
8. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies to enhance content effectiveness and relevance.

Requirement Education and Experience

1. Proven experience 5 years in TV/radio production, with a strong focus on copywriting and content creation.
2. Bilingual in both English and Spanish languages (written and verbal) is essential.
   Exceptional copywriting and scriptwriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
3. In-depth knowledge of broadcasting standards, media production processes, and editing software/tools.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across departments.
6. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling with a keen eye for detail.
   Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, or a related field (preferred).

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.
