About the Opportunity:
We are working with Arizona’s largest multifamily home builder to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee large-scale projects. This role requires a leader who can drive construction schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget—while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Requirements:
✔ Ground-up multifamily construction experience (from site development to final closeout)
✔ Strong knowledge of civil work, structural systems, and finishes
✔ OSHA experience and a commitment to job site safety
✔ Proven longevity in previous roles —we value stability and leadership
✔ Ability to lead teams, coordinate trades, and ensure smooth project execution
