This restaurant is the 4th of its kind from award winning Restaurateur, Chef, Game and Wild Food expert, Mike Robinson!
We dont hold Rosette or Michelin recognition yet, but the quality of our service levels definitely warrant a Bartender of this calibre.

**Bartender, Chester Requirements:**
* Experience in Rosette or Michelin would be ideal
* Assist in ensuring the Bar runs efficiently and in an organised fashion
* Support the whole bar and restaurant team
* Commit to ensuring guests/diners have the best possible experience
* Ensure every drink that you serve is of the standard we expect
* Support junior team members when necessary and provide guidance and training ensuring the whole team are providing the ultimate experience for our guests!
**Bartender, Chester Experience:**
* An understanding of Stock control and wastage
* Previous experience in a similar premium type operation
* Impeccable customer service and communication skills - verbal and written
* Results-driven, with an ability to think outside the box whilst staying true to our core values
* The ability to manage and inspire your co-workers
* A genuine passion for great food and drink is a must!
* Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
