Accounting Assistant Administrative Assistant

Pay from: $20 Per Hour


MUST:
3+ years of accounting and administrative support
QuickBooks experience
Entering checks into system
Preparing checks for deposit
Answering phones
Processing invoices
Taking payments from customers and processing payments
Creating reports
Strong attention to detail


DUTIES:
The duties of the Accounting/Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
Enter checks into accounting system/QuickBooks
Process invoices
Take payments from customers
Answer phones and assist with inquiries
Create reports
Assist with administrative and accounting duties as required
